How it works

Five steps. We do most of them for you.

    Five minutes, on this site or by phone on 7868878688. Name, a phone number, and what you need. That is all we ask at the start.

  2. We verify and issue your Sakhi ID

    Within 48 hours. If you do not have documents, tell us — there is another way, and we will find it with you.

  3. We find what you are owed

    Every scheme you qualify for, checked against your profile and brought back to you as a list. Then we help you file.

  4. We find you work, or the training that leads to it

    Matched to what you can do and the hours you can give.

  5. We stay

    Legal help, childcare, health cover and a safety number — for as long as you need them, and the safety number for life.

Our centres are called Hope Haven. Each one is a place you can walk into without an appointment, with a private room to talk in, a creche for your children, a desk that files your scheme applications, and a lawyer's hours every week. You do not need to call first. You do not need to bring documents. Just come.
