The alert reaches our 24-hour desk with your location. A counsellor calls you back. If you do not answer, we escalate.

Nobody can see where you are unless you have raised an alert. Not us, not your employer, not your family. Location is read at the moment of the alert and for the response, and at no other time.
Who gets one — women on the 9-to-3 delivery shift, women travelling to work at odd hours, women in an active safety case, and any member who asks and has reason. Free, sponsored by our partners.

The promise this device makes, and what it costs to keep: a safety device is a promise that someone will come. We will not distribute rings in any city before the 24-hour desk, the escalation ladder and the response volunteers are live and tested there. Our median and worst-case response time is published on the dashboard every month.

False alarms

Never penalised, never charged for, never counted against you. A woman who fears being scolded will hesitate, and the hesitation is the danger — so press it whenever you're unsure. A monthly self-test from the app confirms the ring works and is answered by the desk, without dispatching a response.
