How this portal works
Two tracks, shown separately
Direct openings — the Forum holds the employer relationship and tracks your application to an outcome. Referral leads — we pass your profile on and tell you plainly that we can't control what happens next. A referral lead is never presented as a confirmed opening.

A guided CV builder produces a one-page corporate-format CV from your registration data — downloadable as a PDF and stored in your portal.
Interview support
Free interview preparation, a video mock interview, and travel reimbursed for any interview the Forum referred you to.
Every application tracked
Applied, shortlisted, interviewed, offered, joined, or closed with the reason — no application is ever left without a status.
Employers verified first
No opening is published until the employer is verified — GST or CIN checked, workplace visited or video-verified, POSH committee confirmed.
Never published
Any opening requiring a deposit, registration fee, uniform charge, training charge or security deposit — and any overseas opening outside the NRI Cell process.
