Three things every card page must say, and one it must never: that the card is issued by YES BANK, not the Forum, and the money is held by YES BANK · that the Forum receives a fee from the bank when a member opens an account, at no cost to her · that no Forum service ever depends on taking the card. It must never state a rate, limit or fee that hasn't come from YES BANK's own Key Fact Statement, and never "guaranteed approval." The YES BANK name and card artwork go live only once the bank's brand and compliance teams have approved this page and the co-branding agreement is executed.

Is this a Naari Shakti bank account?

No. Naari Shakti Forum is not a bank. Your card is issued by YES BANK, which is regulated by the Reserve Bank of India, and your money is held by them.

Does it cost anything?

To confirm with YES BANK — target: no issuance fee and no annual fee on the Sakhi and Seva cards.

Do I need a good credit score?

Not for the Sakhi, Seva or Udyam cards. Only the Shakti Credit Card requires a credit assessment, and that decision is the bank's.

Does Naari Shakti see what I buy?

No. We cannot see your transactions. Only the bank holds that. We see whether a reward we sent you was credited, and nothing more.

Does Naari Shakti make money from this?

Yes. The bank pays us a fee when you open an account. It costs you nothing, and we have told you so before you applied.

Do I have to take the card to get help?

No. Never. Every service is available to you whether or not you have this card.

Someone called asking for my OTP

That was a fraud attempt. Neither the bank nor Naari Shakti will ever ask for your PIN or OTP. Do not share it. Tell us what happened.

I lost my card

Call the YES BANK 24-hour card blocking number TBD at once to block it, at any hour. Then call our helpline on 7868878688 and we will help you get a replacement.
