We exist because capable women were being wasted
Naari Shakti Forum works with single mothers, widows and women left to raise children alone. Not because they are helpless — most of them are the most resourceful people in their street — but because the systems that were built to help them are scattered across eleven offices and none of those offices talks to the others.
We put all of it in one place. One registration, one identity, one record of her, held by her. Entitlements, work, training, legal help, childcare and safety — from one organisation that stays.
We are an initiative of Goadh Foundation, and we operate in Hyderabad and Delhi-NCR, with centres planned across n states.

Goadh Foundation works in child welfare and girl-child protection, rehabilitation and care, educational assistance, family strengthening and community support.
The Foundation's work with children and the Forum's work with their mothers are two halves of the same idea. A child is safest when her mother is earning, housed and not alone.
